Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons dried mullein leaves
  • 1 cup hot  water
  • Honey (optional)

Step 1

 

Place the dried leaves into a  tea infuser.

Step 2

Pour hot water over the leaves.

Step 3

Allow to steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 4

 

Strain carefully through a fine filter, as the tiny leaf hairs can be irritating if consumed.

Step 5

Serve warm.
